MEMBERSHIP & PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a membership or class pack at Kindred Ground, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
MEMBERSHIPS
The Kin — Unlimited Membership
The Kin gives you unlimited access to all regularly scheduled classes at Kindred Ground. Your membership renews automatically on a monthly basis on your original purchase date.
The Flex — 6-Class Monthly Membership
The Flex includes 6 classes per month. Classes do not roll over. Any unused classes at the end of your billing cycle are forfeited and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded. Your membership renews automatically on a monthly basis on your original purchase date.
Billing & Payment
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Kindred Ground to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
If a payment is unsuccessful, Momence will automatically retry the charge. You may also update your payment information directly through your account at any time.
If a payment remains unresolved, access to your membership will be suspended after 3 days. Access will be reinstated once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Kindred Ground account.
Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Cancellations made after your billing date has passed will take effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued.
No Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable. If you have questions or concerns about a charge, please reach out to us directly at hello@kindredground.ca and we will do our best to work with you.
CLASS PACKS (PUNCH PASSES)
5-Class Pack & 10-Class Pack
Class packs are available for purchase and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Classes must be used within this window.
Expiry & Reactivation
Expired class packs cannot be extended.
If your pack expires with unused classes remaining, you may reactivate it for a one-time fee of $10. A new expiry date will be assigned at the time of reactivation.
Reactivation requests can be made by contacting us at hello@kindredground.ca.
No Refunds or Transfers
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. They may not be shared between accounts or applied toward memberships.
GENERAL
Class Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellation and no-show policies apply to all membership types and class packs. Please refer to our studio policies for details on fees and timeframes.
Changes to Pricing or Terms
Kindred Ground reserves the right to update pricing or terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes that affect their active membership.
